Uganda is home to 56 tribes, some of who migrated from other countries, while others originated here. These tribes fall under four ethnic groups; the Bantu, Nilotics, Nilo-Hamites and the Hamites. These ethnic groups share a common heritage, language /dialect or cultural background.
